Balanced Core & Pelvic Floor
A 45 min class taught by a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in core/pelvic floor care aimed at maintaining strength, stability and endurance. Designed for women who present without dysfunction to create a healthy balance of strength and flexibility to ensure optimal bladder, bowel and sexual health.

Honey Flow
The most invigorating – and stealthily challenging – Vinyasa flow yoga practice. A 45-minute serving of sticky, sweaty flow, lathered with 15 minutes of yin yoga (deep, intense stretching) and 15 minutes of restorative asana (restorative rest) topping. Yum

Meditation
This deeply restorative practice, through guided meditation, breathing techniques and mindfulness connects you to intuition and your growing baby. This potent relaxation practice, leaves you feeling calm, increases physical and mental capacity, and allows you to more fully enjoy your pregnancy and postpartum journey.

Mommy & Baby Yoga
Designed for stretching and gentle yoga poses with your baby. This low-intensity practice is a wonderful way to ease back into movement, strengthen the body, release stress, and encourage mother/babies to interact, bond, and move together. Other benefits include building community, soothing your baby, and creating space for connecting.

Pelvic Floor SOS
A 45min class taught by a Doctor of Physical therapy for restoring the Pelvic Floor. Designed for women with pelvic floor issues such as incontinence, pain, feelings of fullness/heaviness. Class includes breathwork, strengthening, stretching and relaxation techniques aimed for pelvic floor connection and state of balance. Open to all women,

Post-Natal Yoga
Specifically formatted for postpartum bodies, focusing on reconnecting with your core, strengthening and toning your body. Get back to moving your body and working on good posture, alleviating back discomfort, creating inner peace. Rebuild your core strength and balance while expanding your breath and calming the mind. Babies welcome!

Pre-Natal Yoga
A consistent prenatal yoga practice builds strength, balance, inner calm, and ability to cope with potential challenges of pregnancy and birth. Tone your body, prepare for birth, connect with your baby, build community, and provide relief from common discomforts of pregnancy. Create a healthier pregnancy journey—both physically and mentally.

Pre/Postnatal Fitness
This class is a wonderful mix of mild to moderate exercises focused on increasing muscle tone, improving flexibility, and increasing positive self-image. Exercises are specifically designed for pregnancy, along with immediately post-childbirth to help you return (safely) to an active lifestyle.

Sound Bath
Sound bathing helps guide you into a deepened state of relaxation and calming of the nervous system. This full-body healing and meditative experience involves singing bowls which relax the mind and body, creating space to reduce stress and anxiety, while more deeply connecting to your baby.

Stretch & Release
A gentle stretching and relaxation class, strengthen and tone muscle groups supporting your body during pregnancy and delivery. Low impact movements strengthen and enhance flexibility and relaxation, helping you feel more comfortable in your ever-changing body. Learn breathing exercises and relaxation techniques enabling a peaceful mindset and relaxed state.

Tummy Time
An important pillar of early infant development, Tummy Time Classes are a fun way to help your baby find comfort and support being on their tummy. A great opportunity for babies to interact with other babies their age, and for parents/caregivers to find community. Starts for babies 3-weeks of age.

Vag Delivery Preparation
Maintain/strengthen your pelvic floor muscles while maximizing flexibility and mobility of the PFM and other important muscles. Allows bones of the pelvis to move in necessary ways for a successful vaginal delivery. Includes pushing strategies, core work, and body work optimizing the baby’s position for a successful vaginal delivery.
