It was so beautiful being around my instructors humble and sweet spirit. She also had her baby and it inspired me so much as a mother to be that you can be strong, at work and caring for the feminine while still having your baby with you and her baby was so well behaved. She wasn't freaked out about her at all. Also I loved when we all got to introduce ourselves and how understanding the instructor is when we may not be on the same level of fitness or time in our pregnancies. It's so inviting and empowering to mothers. I loved it.
