Caitlin O’Neill is passionate about supporting moms on their journey through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. As a fitness instructor with a focus on pre & postnatal movement, she creates a welcoming space where expecting and new moms can feel strong, empowered, and connected to their changing bodies. Currently training to become a certified Birth Doula, Caitlin is deeply committed to nurturing both the physical and emotional well-being of moms throughout their pregnancy and postpartum experience. She believes that movement is a powerful tool for confidence, resilience, and self-care during this transformative time.
