Julie Potash Slavin, LMFT, is a Licensed Clinical Therapist, DJ and radio personality. Julie's style is highly engaged, practical and insightful. She is an active participant in helping individuals and couples identify patterns that are no longer serving them while increasing connection, understanding, and empathy.
Batya Novick, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in reproductive and relational mental health. She works with individuals and couples around fertility challenges and perinatal loss to transitions into family building options, postpartum and parental support and has dedicated her career to this specialized field of care.
Amanda Cereijo practices as a Women’s Health Physical Therapist with Freya Wellness Co. and One Tribe. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s in Health Science and earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Florida International University. During her pregnancy, she experienced “common” aches and pains and was fortunate to have Painless Pregnancy by her side every step of the way.
With their help, she was able to enjoy her pregnancy and feel confident when delivering her baby boy. It was through this experience that she became passionate about pursuing a career in Women’s Health and specializing in Pregnancy and Postpartum care. She became a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist through Sarah Duvall and completed formal training in pelvic health with the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She’s incredibly excited for serve other women on their journey!
Luly Diez-Arguellez, PT, DPT , is the Founder of Freya Wellness Co. Luly graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s in Health Science and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Florida. Her own traumatic pregnancy and birth experiences fueled her passion and inspired her to pursue a career in Women’s Health specializing in pregnancy and postpartum care.
She has continued specialty training in obstetrics at Brooks Rehabilitation, with Lyn Schulty from the Institute of Birth Healing, the American Physical Therapy Association, and Isa Herrera of Pelvic Pain Relief. Luly created and ran a pre- and post-natal rehabilitation and fitness program, and worked in various physical therapy settings. Luly birthed two more beautiful children and feels blessed every day she has the privilege to serve others while pursuing her passion.
