Lauren Steiner, MS, RD, LDN is a registered dietitian and functional medicine nutritionist specializing in prenatal, postpartum, hormone, and GI health. She is the founder of Osoa Nutrition, and is a mom of two.
Lauren received her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
Lauren believes in a balanced and individualized approach to nutrition, understanding that each person’s journey is unique and complex. Her holistic outlook and counseling style acknowledges the mind-body-soul connection, with nutrition at the core of her approach. She is passionate about supporting women on their health journey, wherever that may be.
