Yvette Espinosa Perez
Yvette is a licensed occupational therapist who has dedicated her career to working with newborns and young children. Passionate about play with a purpose, Yvette has worked with infants and toddlers for well over a decade, conducting evaluations, designing individualized home exercise programs and transforming critical therapeutic exercises into fun and functional activities that keep children and their caregivers engaged.
Yvette’s experience includes working with the South Miami Hospital Child Development Center for 13 years as well as private practice. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Science/Occupational Therapy and a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Florida International University. She is registered through the National Board of Occupational Therapy and participates in continuing education to ensure she understands and employs the most up-to-date, evidence-based methodologies. A mom of three children under 12 and a former track/cheerleading athlete, Yvette enjoys creative play with her own children and is a bit of a child at heart herself.
