Sonam Glass

Psychology Professor & Coach

Sonam Glass is a professor, coach, and advisor, specializing in Integral and Transpersonal Psychology—an exploration of human consciousness and development, integrating experiences of mind, body, and spirit. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from New York University (NYU) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Miami. She is completing her dissertation on the effectiveness of alternative and holistic therapies in promoting healing and enhancing mental health among women.

Sonam’s professional experience includes teaching various courses at institutions such as St. Thomas University, NYU, Felician University, and the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), as well as advising on the board of various companies within the mental health space, such as Nue Life Health and Retreat Microdose. Passionate about fostering connection and transformation, Sonam is an active member of women-focused communities such as Mysha Moms and Women of the Wild, which emphasize connection, sisterhood, self-growth, and radical personal evolution.

Sonam also spent over three years as a Guide at LifeGuides, a peer-to-peer coaching platform that leverages technology to connect individuals with shared life experiences. Building on her extensive expertise, she recently founded Glassroots Coaching, a coaching practice dedicated to empowering women with tools, resources, and compassionate guidance to heal, grow, and thrive through every stage of the motherhood journey, as well as providing support to work through pregnancy loss and grief. She is currently taking on new clients for 1:1 virtual coaching sessions.
